I thought I'd send a quick note of thanks for the work that Classic recently completed on my home.
I really appreciate you prioritizing the work I needed done, especially considering that I'm that my job was your largest.The work was completed in a timely and professional manner(including clean up). Additionally, Aaron Morgan, the contractor you sent to handle my job, was excellent and I truly believe he treated my house as if it were his own.

I would certainly recommend your firm to others. And, I'd say that I look forward to working with you again in the future, but this would inherently imply that I would need some more work done on my place, which I don't necessarily want. Nevertheless, if I do, I will certainly call Classic.

Dear Aaron Painter:

We just wanted to say thanks again so much for your support during our correspondence over the last year with the Creek Hollow Homeowners Association Board regarding our roof. We really appreciate the support; it has been very helpful.

We just wanted to update you on the really good news that we have recently been made aware of.

As you may be aware, last year the board made the decision to mandate that our roof would have to be replaced within eighteen (18) months of the hearing that was help in June 2003.

We were just informed last week that the board of directors of Creek Hollow has reconsidered its position. They have now proposed, and we have agreed, that at any future date that the roof has to be replaced, the roof color will be reverted back to the community standard of 'Weathered Wood'.

Now we sincerely believe that your diligent support was a significant contributing factor to the board's change of position.

I'm sure your job involves lots of stress from issues and complaints about various properties, so I wanted to send a positive email to say that the men who replaced a window in my Univ Crossroads condo were very courteous and capable, and I was impressed with the way in which the process was handled with such efficiency. They even removed the stickers and cleaned the windows and completely cleaned up any mess after installation. I hope you'll pass on this word of appreciation to the man in charge of that project. He was very professional in the way he planned ahead for the work, which was done exactly when he said it would be.
